ぷにぷに電機がKan Sanoをフィーチャリングに迎え、デジタルシングル『虹と』を2025年10月3日（金）にリリースします。
「虹と」は、10月2日より配信がスタートしたWebアニメ『コアラ絵日記』（原作：ゆあみ）のエンディング主題歌として書き下ろされた作品です。ぷにぷに電機が、『コアラ絵日記』から受け取ったハートフルな切なさを歌詞やサウンドに込め、失くしたものや思いがけないやさしさを静かに表現しました。空をつなぐ虹のようにやわらかく寄り添いながら、晴れでも曇りでも続いていく日常をやさしくも切なく包み込む一曲となっています。
作詞はぷにぷに電機、作曲はぷにぷに電機とKan Sanoの共作で、編曲はKan Sanoが担当しました。ジャズやシティポップをベースにしたKan Sanoの洗練されたサウンドと、ぷにぷに電機の透明感ある歌声が重なり、アニメの物語をそっと見送る、心に寄り添うエンディング主題歌となっています。
『コアラ絵日記』は「泣ける＆共感できる」とSNSで話題を呼び、原作の公式Xはフォロワー20万人、書籍は第4弾まで刊行。アニメーションの監督は加戸誉夫、制作はstudio MOTHERが担当し、幅広い層から期待を集める話題作です。
ぷにぷに電機はジャズ、シティポップ、エレクトロニックを融合しながらジャンルを超えたサウンドで知られるアーティスト。10月22日にはセカンドベストアルバム『株』のリリースも決定しています。

Written as the ending theme for the web anime Koala’s Diary (original story by Yuami), which began streaming on October 2, the song reflects the heartfelt sense of tenderness and sorrow drawn from the original work. Punipunidenki has captured this emotional resonance in both the lyrics and the sound, expressing quiet acceptance of what has been lost and the unexpected kindness that appears along the way. Like a rainbow stretching across the sky, the song gently connects these feelings, embracing everyday life with warmth and bittersweetness, no matter whether tomorrow brings sunshine or clouds.
Lyrics are by Punipunidenki, with music co-written by Punipunidenki and Kan Sano, and arrangement by Kan Sano. Blending Kan Sano’s refined jazz and city pop sensibilities with Punipunidenki’s luminous vocals, the track becomes an ending theme that gently sees off the story of the anime while staying close to the listener’s heart.
Koala’s Diary has become a social media sensation, praised as “moving and relatable.” The original series’ official X account has 200,000 followers, and four volumes of the series have been published. Directed by Takao Kato and produced by studio MOTHER, the anime has quickly become one of the most anticipated titles for audiences across generations.
Punipunidenki is an artist known for a genre-defying sound that blends jazz, city pop, and electronic music. Their second full-length album Kabu is scheduled for release on October 22.
